Setup is almost instant upon receipt of payment unless we are out of stock or we need to do additional fraud screening. Please use accurate billing information to avoid fraud check related delays. We normally bill monthly in advance, starting from the date your sign up. Please contact us if you wish to pay quarterly or annually.
Upgrades, yes. Downgrades, no. Unfortunately, we do not provide downgrades at this time. You can always order a new VPS then migrate your data to the new one.
